We build for the people who run factories — plant managers, quality engineers, planners — and write for them, not for a developer audience.
Evidence over assertion
Every recommendation should show its sources. If a person can't check where an answer came from, it isn't good enough.
People stay in charge
AI should do the legwork. Decisions that matter belong to the people accountable for them, with a clear record of who decided what.
